When I started in Delhi in 2018, I was a one-person studio — just me, a laptop, and a belief that Indian businesses deserved better than cookie-cutter websites from template factories. For the first four years, I personally designed, developed, and delivered every single project. Not because I could not hire — but because I needed to understand every problem my clients had, deeply and firsthand.
By the time I finally built a team, I had personally delivered over 750 websites across industries — real estate in Gurgaon, clinics in South Delhi, D2C brands in Noida, exporters in Ludhiana, and SaaS companies in Bangalore. I understood what Indian business owners actually needed: a website that loads fast, ranks on Google, looks credible, and actually generates calls and leads — not something that wins awards and generates zero revenue.
